The Fund seeks to provide investors with investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Funds fees and expenses) of an equity index called the Cboe S&P 500 Dividend Aristocrats Target Income Index Monthly Series (the Index). The Fund attempts to replicate, before fees and expenses, the performance of the Index. The Sub-Investment Manager will seek to do this by replicating so far as possible most, if not all, of the investments in the Index.
