The Fund is a passively-managed Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF). The objective of the fund is to provide exposure to global listed companies that are developing and enabling technology, infrastructure and services propelling the growth and functionality of artificial intelligence (AI). In order to achieve the investment objective, the Fund will seek to replicate the net total return performance of the S&P Kensho Global Artificial Intelligence Enablers Screened Index (the Index), less fees, expenses and transaction costs.
