The Fund is a passively managed index-tracking fund that seeks to provide investors with investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield of the RBA American Industrial Renaissance Index (the Index) before fees and expenses. The Index is designed to measure the performance of small- and mid-cap US companies in the industrial and community banking sectors.
