The Fund is an actively managed Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF). The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve a long-term return in excess of the Benchmark by investing in an actively-managed portfolio of global developed and emerging market equities. The Fund will not seek to track the performance of the Benchmark (the MSCI ACWI Index). The Fund will hold an actively-managed portfolio of securities with the aim of delivering superior risk-adjusted returns over the long term when compared with the average performance of global developed and emerging equity markets, for which the Benchmark serves as a reference.
