The Fund is a passively managed Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF). The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve the net total return performance of the MSCI Europe Select Catholic Principles Selection 10-40 Index (the Index), less fees, expenses and transaction costs. The Index is a free float-adjusted market capitalisation index designed to represent the performance of companies with high environmental, social and governance (ESG) ratings relative to sector peers.
