The Funds investment objective is to replicate, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the MVIS Global Hydrogen Economy ESG Index (the Index). Equity securities must be issued by companies who generate at least 50% of their revenues from the global hydrogen segment, fuel cell companies or industrial gases companies listed or traded on the Markets. For the avoidance of doubt, where the Index already holds such equity securities, the Index will seek to remove the security when the percentage of revenue generated from the global hydrogen segment, fuel cell companies or industrial gases drops below 25% of the relevant companies revenues.
