The Fund is passively managed and seeks to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses to the performance of the MSCI World Private Equity Return Tracker Index (the Index). The Index seeks to approximate the returns of private equity investments by replicating region, sector and style exposures through publicly listed equities. By seeking to track the Index, the Investment Manager believes the Fund offers greater potential liquidity, transparency, and accessibility than traditional private equity instruments.
