The Fund is passively managed. The investment objective of the Fund is to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, generally to the price and yield performance of the MerQube Responsible Gold Miners Index (the Index). The Index is designed to track the performance of companies that earn a minimum of 50% of their revenue in the provision of mining gold.
