The Sub-Fund is an Actively Managed Fund. For the avoidance of doubt, the Sub-Fund is not managed with reference to any benchmark. To achieve its aim, the Sub-Fund will invest i) primarily in large and medium-capitalisation listed equities from global developed markets (Equities); and ii) may also invest from time to time in other transferable securities.
