The Fund is actively managed however, it will use the S&P 500 Index (the Benchmark) for performance comparison purposes. The Fund will not be managed to the Benchmark and may invest in securities not included in the Benchmark. The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve long term capital appreciation, primarily by investing in a portfolio of equities issued by large-capitalisation US companies. The Fund will seek to invest in a portfolio of 20 to 50 equal-weighted securities across 5 to 10 themes.
