The Fund investment objective is to track, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the MorningstarUS Sustainability Moat Focus Index (the Index). The Index is designed to provide exposure to at least 40 of the top equity securities in the Morningstar US Market Index (parent index) that are rated as wide moat companies and have the lowest current market price/ fair value price determined in an independent research process by the Morningstar equity research team. Companies selected into the Index are compliant with ESG criteria.
