Fund will employ a passive management (or indexing) investment approach and will seek to employ a replication or representative sampling methodology, meaning insofar as possible and practicable it will invest in the securities in proportion to the weightings comprising the Index. The investment objective of the Fund is to track the price and the performance, before fees and expenses, of the VettaFi American Future of Defence Index (NTR) (the Index). The Index provides exposure to the performance of companies in the defence (including cyber defence) industry which are headquartered or domiciled in the United States.
