The fund aims to provide investors with a total return, taking into account both capital and income returns, which reflects, before fees and expenses, the return of the Fidelity U.S. Quality Value Index. The Index is designed to reflect the performance of stocks of large and mid-capitalization US companies that have attractive valuations and exhibit quality fundamental characteristics. The Index comprises the equity securities of the relevant companies.
