The Fund invests mostly in equities of US companies of large market capitalisation and equity-related securities with dividend yields that the investment manager believes are attractive. The equity and equity related securities in which the Fund can invest include common stocks, preferred stocks, equity-linked notes (ELNs) and securities convertible into common stocks. The Fund is actively managed and may deviate materially from that of the benchmark(s).
