The Fund is a passively managed index-tracking fund that seeks to provide investors with investmentresults that correspond generally to the price and yield of the NASDAQ Global High Equity Income Index (the Index), before fees and expenses. The Index employs a rules-based stock selection methodology, which uses fundamental screens and a plough-back based weighting methodology to objectively select dividend-paying stocks from the NASDAQ Global Index.
