The Fund seeks to provide investors with investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield of an equity index called the IPOX-100 U.S. Index. The fund invests primarily in equity securities that are included in the Index. The fund attempts to replicate, before fees and expenses, the performance of the Index. The Investment Manager will seek to do this by trying to replicate the Index by holding in similar proportions the equity securities in the Index.
