The Fund is actively managed in reference to a benchmark. The Funds primary investment objective is to seek total returns in excess of the MSCI World Index and to generate an income in excess of the Benchmark (after the deduction of fees and expenses). The investment universe of the Fund covers global equity interests of small, medium and large-cap companies in developed and emerging markets worldwide, including China as determined by the Investment Manager. There is no guarantee that the Fund will achieve its investment objective and, subject to market conditions, outperformance of the Benchmark may be volatile at times.
