The objective of the Fund is to aim to track the Net Total Return performance of the NASDAQ-100 Equal Weighted Index (the Index), less fees, expenses and transaction costs. The Index is an equal-weighted version of the NASDAQ-100 Index (which measures the performance of 100 of the largest domestic and international Nasdaq-listed non-financial companies by market capitalization).
