The Fund is passively managed. The investment objective of the Fund is to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, generally to the price and yield performance of the Solactive European SuperDividend Index (the Index). The Index tracks the performance of market-cap weighted companies that rank among the highest dividend yielding equity securities in European countries, as defined by Solactive AG, the provider of the Index.
