The objective of the Fund is to track the performance of the Shiller Barclays CAPE Europe Sector Value Net TR Index based on the closing price of the index and before the deduction of fees and expenses of the Fund. The fund is passively managed. The fund reflects the performance of a dynamic long position in four European equity sectors that are selected monthly based on their relative CAPE ratio (cyclically adjusted P / E) and price fluctuations over the previous 12 months (the "12-month price dynamics").
