The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in large cap equities which are listed or traded on Recognised Markets in the US including those that are part of the indices that make up the Shiller Barclays CAPE US Sector Value Net TR Index (the Investment Universe). The Investment Universe consists solely of the large cap equities which are listed or traded on Recognised Markets in the US provided that such equities fall within one the ten Sectors. The Fund is a Non-Index Tracking Fund (i.e., it is an actively managed UCITS ETF).
