The Fund is a passively managed exchange traded Fund that aims to track the performance of the Solactive Core Developed Markets Large & Mid Cap USD Index NTR, subject to the deduction of the ongoing charges and other costs associated with operating the Fund. The Index is designed to be a benchmark for global developed market equities and measures the performance of large and mid-cap publically traded companies from various developed market countries which satisfy minimum criteria relating to liquidity and size and excludes companies in the Investment Managers Future World Protection List.
