The Fund is a passively managed exchange traded fund that aims to track the performance of the Solactive eCommerce Logistics Index Net Total Return (the Index), subject to the deduction of the ongoing charges and other costs associated with operating the Fund. The Index is designed to provide exposure to publicly traded companies that provide logistics services or technology solutions to logistic service providers in connection with ecommerce (i.e. the buying and selling of goods over the internet).
