The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve a combination of income and capital growth over the medium-term by investing in an actively-managed portfolio of securities. The Fund is an actively managed Exchange-Traded Fund and is not constrained by a benchmark. The Fund may use the Bloomberg Euro Corporate Bond 1-5 Year Index (the Benchmark) for performance comparison purposes. The Fund will not seek to track the performance of the Benchmark. To achieve the investment objective, the Fund will primarily invest in an actively managed portfolio of euro denominated investment grade corporate and government related bonds issued by global issuers.
