The objective of the Fund is to replicate the performance of the FTSE EPRA Nareit Developed Green EU CTB (NTR) Index. The index is composed of global listed real estate companies and REITS, selected according to ESG criteria: green building certification, energy use, Transition Pathway Initiative Management Quality score, carbon emissions intensity, while aiming to meet the Climate Transition Benchmark (CTB) targets of reducing carbon intensity by at least 30% relative to the initial investment universe and achieving an additional decarbonisation target of at least 7% per annum, as defined in the European Benchmark Regulation.
