The Fund is a passively managed Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF), which aims to achieve the net total return performance of the NASDAQ Next Generation 100 Index (the Index), less fees, expenses and transaction costs. The Index is designed to reflect the performance of the next generation of NASDAQ-listed non-financial companies; that is, the largest 100 NASDAQlisted companies outside of the NASDAQ-100 Index based on market capitalisation.
