The Fund is a passively managed exchange traded fund that aims to track the performance of the Solactive Energy Transition Commodity Total Return Index (the Index), subject to the deduction of the ongoing charges and other costs associated with operating the Fund. The Index provides a return equivalent to a fully collateralised investment in a diversified portfolio of commodity futures and transferable securities with a view to providing exposure to the global energy transition across the following segments: (1) transition metals (2) transition energy and (3) carbon.
