The Fund is a passively managed exchange traded fund (ETF) that aims to track the performance of the J.P. Morgan ESG EMBI Global Diversified Short-Term Custom Maturity Index (the Index) subject to the deduction of the ongoing charges and other costs associated with operating the Fund. The Index is designed to provide an exposure to certain US Dollar-denominated emerging market fixed and floating rate bonds issued by sovereign and quasi-sovereign entities from eligible countries.
