The Fund is a passively managed exchange traded fund (ETF) that aims to track the performance of the J.P. Morgan ESG EMBI Global Diversified Short-Term Custom Maturity Index (the Index) subject to the deduction of the ongoing charges and other costs associated with operating the Fund. The Fund promotes a range of environmental and social characteristics which are met by tracking the Index. The Index is designed to provide an exposure to certain US Dollar-denominated emerging market fixed and floating rate bonds issued by sovereign and quasi-sovereign entities from eligible countries.
