The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve the performance of the Bloomberg Euro Treasury Majors Bond Index (the Reference Index) less fees, expenses and transaction costs. In order to achieve the investment objective, the Fund will employ sampling techniques to closely match the characteristics of the Index. The Index is designed to measure the performance of EUR-denominated, fixed-rate government debt. The securities which comprise the Index must be denominated in EUR.
