The Fund seeks to track the performance of the FTSE Developed Index NR (the Index) as closely as possible, regardless of whether the Index level rises or falls, while seeking to minimise as far as possible the tracking error between the Fund's performance and that of the Index. The Index is a broad free float market-capitalisation weighted index which captures large and mid-sized companies from developed markets globally.
