The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in the equity securities of Memory Companies. The Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities or instruments (swap agreements or forward contracts) that provide exposure to Memory Companies.
