The Fund is a passively managed exchange traded fund (ETF) that aims to track the performance of the Solactive Digital Payments Index NTR (the Index), subject to the deduction of the ongoing charges and other costs associated with operating the Fund. The Fund promotes a range of environmental and social characteristics which are met by tracking the Index. The Index measures the performance of global companies that are actively engaged in the digital payments value-chain. The Fund will primarily invest directly in the securities represented in the Index in similar proportions to their weightings in the Index.
