The investment objective of the Fund is to provide low carbon emission exposure to equity markets in the United States. In order to achieve this investment objective, the Fund will seek to track the performance of the Foxberry Sustainability Consensus US Total Return Index (the Index) subject to the deduction of the TER and other expenses associated with operating the Fund. The Index is designed to be a benchmark for the U.S. equity market and measures the performance of large and mid-cap publicly traded companies in the U.S. which satisfy minimum criteria relating to liquidity and size.
