The Fund is a passively managed exchange traded Fund that aims to track the performance of the MSCI Global Select 500 Index Europe Subset (the index). The index is designed to be a benchmark for European equities and measures the performance of publically traded companies in Europe which satisfy minimum criteria relating to liquidity and size. The Index excludes companies that are classified by the Index Provider as being involved in ongoing, very severe ESG controversy implicating a company directly through its actions, products, or operations, as outlined in the MSCI ESG Controversies methodology.
