The investment policy of this Fund is to purchase securities of certain non-U.S. companies traded in global developed countries which the Investment Manager deems eligible. The Fund will invest most of its net assets in securities of companies located in global developed countries excluding the United States of America. The Fund will have a greater allocation to companies that the Investment Manager deems to be small capitalisation, value, and/or high profitability companies as compared to their representation in the Global ex-U.S. Universe.
