The investment policy of this Fund is to purchase a broad and diverse group of readily marketable equity securities of certain companies traded on principal exchanges in the United States of America which the Investment Manager deems eligible (the U.S. Universe). The Fund will invest most of its net assets in securities of companies located in the United States of America. The Fund will have a greater allocation to companies that the Investment Manager deems to be small capitalisation, value, and/or high profitability companies as compared to their representation in the U.S. Universe.
