The Fund's investment objective is to replicate the MVIS Global Digital Assets Equity Index. In order to seek to achieve its investment objective, the investment policy of the Fund is to use areplication strategy by investing directly in the underlying equity securities that consists of the component securities of the Index. The Fund will be passively managed. The Index is a global index that aims to track the performance of the global digital assets segment or related industries.
