The Fund is a passively-managed Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF). The investment objective of the Fund is to provide exposure to the performance of the most liquid companies listed on the ChiNext market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) in China. To achieve the investment objective the Fund will seek to replicate the net total return performance of the ChiNext 50 Capped Index (the Index), less fees, expenses and transaction costs. The Index reflects the performance of 50 of the largest and most liquid securities listed on the ChiNext market of the SZSE in China.
