The Fund is a passively managed Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF), which aims to track the Total Return performance of the Bloomberg Commodity Index (the Index), less fees, expenses and transaction costs.. The Fund does this through the use of unfunded swaps. The Index is designed to be a highly liquid and diversified benchmark for commodities. 24 commodities in six groups (grains, energy, industrial metals, precious metals, livestock and softs) are eligible for inclusion and constituents are selected on our main principles: economic significance, diversification, continuity and liquidity.
