The investment objective of the Fund is to seek to provide investors with a total return, taking into account both capital and income returns, which reflects the return of the ICE BofAML US High Yield Constrained Index. The ICE BofAML US High Yield Constrained Index measures the performance of US Dollar denominated, fixed rate sub-investment grade (based on an average rating of Moodys, S&P and Fitch), corporate bonds publicly issued in the US domestic market.
