The Fund employs an active management investment approach in order to achieve its investment objective.The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve long term investment returns by primarily investing in a portfolio of catastrophe bonds (Cat Bonds) that may have the potential to generate income and capital preservation. Under normal circumstances, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in Cat Bonds.
