The Fund is passively managed and seeks to track performance of the Nasdaq-100 Sustainable ESG Select Index (the Index). The Index is designed to measure the performance of domestic and international nonfinancial companies listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market which meet certain ESG criteria while avoiding companies violating, or are at risk of violating, any of the UN Global Compact Principles and other international standards such as the OECD Guidelines and UN Guiding Principles.
