The objective of the Fund is capital appreciation. The Fund tracks the daily performance of a commodity index, called the UBS BCOM Constant Maturity Commodity Index Total Return (the Index), less fees and costs and consequently is passively managed. The Index is one of several benchmarks for the broad commodity markets. It is well diversified and contains components in the grains, energy, industrial metals, precious metals, livestock sectors and softs.
