The Fund is a passively managed exchange traded fund (ETF) that aims to track the performance of the Foxberry Sustainability Consensus Emerging Markets Total Return Index (the Index), subject to the deduction of the ongoing charges and other costs associated with operating the Fund. The Index is an equity index based on the Solactive GBS Emerging Markets Large & Mid Cap USD Index NTR, which is designed to be a benchmark for emerging market equities and measures the performance of large and mid-cap publicly traded companies from emerging markets which satisfy minimum criteria relating to liquidity and size.
