The Fund is a passively managed exchange traded fund (ETF) that aims to track the performance of the Foxberry Sustainability Consensus Pacific ex Japan Total Return Index (the Index), subject to the deduction of the ongoing charges and other costs associated with operating the Fund. The Index is designed to be a benchmark for developed market equities in the Pacific region, excluding Japan and measures the performance of large and mid-cap publically traded companies in the Pacific region, excluding Japan.
