The Sub-Fund is passively managed. The objective of the Sub- Fund is to track the performance of the S&P Global Dividend 100 Index (the Index). The anticipated level of the tracking error,under normal market conditions, is indicated in the prospectus of the Sub-Fund. The S&P Global Dividend 100 Index is designed to measure the performance of high-dividend-yielding stocks in the Global LargeMidCap universe with arecord of consistently paying dividends, selected for fundamental strength relative to their peers, based on financial ratios.
