The Fund is passively managed and seeks to track performance of the MSCI Japan Climate Paris Aligned Index (Net Return) (the Index). The Index is an equity index denominated in JPY and includes large and mid-cap securities of the Japanese equity markets. The Index is seeking to reduce their exposure to transition and physical climate risks and wish to pursue opportunities arising from the transition to a lower-carbon economy while aligning with the Paris Agreement requirements. This Fund will seek to hold the majority of the securities of the Index, with the approximate weightings as in the Index.
