The investment objective of the Fund is to seek long-term capital appreciation through investment in an actively managed portfolio of equity and equity-related securities issued by large, mid and small capitalisation companies located predominantly in the US, with limited exposure to issuers in Canada. The Fund seeks to invest in securities of companies that the Investment Manager expects to have higher returns by systematically placing an enhanced emphasis on securities of companies with smaller market capitalisations and securities of companies with higher profitability and value characteristics.
