In order to achieve its investment objective, the fund will generally attempt to replicate the index. However, the Fund may use Optimized Replication (as defined in the Prospectus) if the number of Index Constituents is too high relative to the Fund's net assets or if the liquidity profile of the Index's Constituents is not compatible with that of the Fund.
